You were hired in January. Every morning you arrive at work early and get things done long before your co-workers show up. Often times you skip lunch to accomplish more, and stay late to make sure the supervisor is happy.
They just got hired in December and barely learned the work address. The annual raises are due and guess what? You get what you deserve, of course, and they get what … YOU deserve. Everybody receives the same increase, only THEY are the first to get it. It’s not fair. The management just wounded your ego and overestimated their egos. I call this “scrambled egos”. God calls it GRACE. How come?
